英标H型钢
把带钢加热到700-800度完成再结晶退火,经冷却段控制进锌锅前温度在480度左右,Zui后在不接触空气的情况下进入锌锅镀锌,因此,森吉米尔法产量高、镀锌质量较好,此法曾得到广泛应用。

另外,Mo在Ni–Cr型马氏体白口铸铁中有替代Ni的能力。钼:Mo在白口铸铁中,质量分数的5%消耗于形成Mo2C,质量分数25%进入碳化物,质量分数25%的Mo溶入金属基体。进入基体的钼提高铸铁的淬透性,随Mo量提高,淬透性改善。Mo提高高铬白口铸铁淬透性的能力与铬碳比有紧密关系,见图3所示。当Mo与Cu、NCr任一元素或与Cr+Ni二元素同时添加时,提高淬透性的作用更加明显。另外,Mo在Ni–Cr型马氏体白口铸铁中有替代Ni的能力。
